Stories for Change
led by Agata Krajewska and Rooh Star
A Funded group for women age 18-30
(4 Saturdays – 14th and 28th March, 18th April, 9th May: 10:30am-5:30) – These can be taken as stand alone workshops.
As a young woman today you are faced with numerous pressures: to look and act a certain way, to succeed in today’s changing and uncertain world. Not to mention making big decisions about your future, whilst your emotions run wild and confidence wavers.
You are in a forming, transition stage of your life, often without much guidance or space to pause and figure out what you want.
We are offering you time in nature with women of your own age, to play and explore what you want to share with the world from your heart.
Using drama, writing, arts and play; working both indoors and outdoors, we will engage with the potential of being already enough to offer your gifts. We will address other subjects important to young women such as self-care, relationship with the body, sexuality and more.
This is an opportunity to share your stories and see yourself reflected in the other, which leads to a sense of acceptance and belonging. It’s a time to nourish your dreams and find your truth.
