Hosted by ‘Kundalini Yoga with Sarah’, it is a heart centred healing workshop, Yoga For Real Life (as taught by Maya Fiennes), meditation and sound therapy 💚 enjoy yogi tea and cookies. Gather at The Nest, in the woodlands at Dartington –

Anyone wishing to stay you can book accommodation at Dartington Hall and enjoy a walk in the estate the next day. The Green Table has the best breakfast/brunch/lunch and there is so much to do here 😊.
